Hot-Dipped Galvanized Heavy-Duty Trench Bar Grating
It is also known as galvanized trench bar grating, B125 trench grate, ADA-compliant bar grating, galvanized steel trench cover, or drainage bar grating. Manufactured from carbon steel bearing and transverse bars, it provides a rigid, slip-resistant surface for pedestrian and light vehicle traffic. Rated B125 to BS EN 124, it withstands a 12.5-ton test load and is suitable for parking areas, sidewalks, and service lanes. The grating is ADA compliant, with bearing bar openings ≤ 13 mm (1/2 inch) and bars oriented perpendicular to the direction of travel for safe access.

Surface Treatment – Hot-Dip Galvanized
The grating is hot-dip galvanized, equivalent to G90 zinc coating, providing a minimum coating weight of 0.90 oz/ft² (total both sides) in accordance with ASTM A653. Coating quality and thickness are verified in accordance with ASTM A90, and galvanizing practices conform to ASTM A123 for iron and steel products.
